Process of Offshore Staffing

• You can hire offshore staff for 6 months. You need to make an order with a month’s advance payment. This advanced amount is adjusted during the entire contract period.
• Your hired staff will work from our center in India under the payroll of our company.
• Hired staff for your project will work for you 8 hours per day for 5 days a week.
• During the contract period your hired staff will regularly communicate with you through chat, email or phone.
• After receiving the invoice of previous month, you need to pay us through bank transfer or PayPal within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
• Dedicated team or staff exclusively appointed for your project will work for 22 days in a month. If they work less than 22 days in a month then the invoice amount is proportionately reduced. But incase they work for more than 22 days the amount is not increased.
• A contract for offshore staffing with Web Design Expert can be renewed.
